Guillermo del Toro and friends
This is an illustration I made after attending an artist talk at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Guillermo del Toro was speaking about his influences and passions, and during the Q and A at the end of the talk, he answered a question I had submitted regarding who his first imaginary monster friend was as a child. He answered the Frankenstein creation and the Creature form the Black Lagoon. He then added that they were still friends, and that only served to endear him to me further. So, I had to draw this image I had in my head.
Karma...
Here is a sketch card I made that I feel captures one of my favorite television characters, Earl Hickey from My Name Is Earl, quite faithfully. I also made one of his brother, Randy, and shall upload that one soon.
Prince sketch card
This is one of two sketch cards I drew shortly after his passing. A very minor tribute to a very talented artist.

I love making clay figurines. I love Bob's Burgers. So, naturally...
These were made a few years back, but still stand out as some of my favorite custom work I have ever produced for a customer. Now, I just need to finally make a set for myself.
I just can't resist drawing him...
I have never drawn political cartoons, but I have a feeling the current POTUS may just pop up frequently in my sketchbooks. He is like a Spitting Image puppet come to life.
